As part of our services on a sensitive, highly demanding site (military naval environment), we are recruiting a Site Manager.
A true operational conductor, you will oversee the day-to-day organization of the site, manage the teams and ensure relations with customers on site.

Your responsibilities:

Manage, organize and motivate industrial cleaning teams,
Ensure quality of service and compliance with QHSE procedures,
Ensure rigorous reporting to your management,
Manage customer relations with discretion and professionalism,
Guaranteeing proper execution of services and customer satisfaction,
Monitor performance indicators, consumables and timekeeping,
Make suggestions to optimize work methods.

Your profile:

Experience on a naval base would be appreciated
Excellent managerial skills: ability to federate, supervise, reframe with accuracy,
Good customer relations skills, discreet, reliable and professional posture,
Organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness,
At ease with monitoring, planning and reporting tools,
B driving licence required - Mobility possible
Security clearance/access to military sites required
