Job offer: Area Manager M/F Fixed-term contract Isère (38)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure and coordinate the provision of resources and means to guarantee the performance of the business in your area. You will also be responsible for contractual commitments and customer satisfaction, while ensuring the profitability of the business.

In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:

Ensure that procedures and contractual commitments are applied, while guaranteeing service quality and compliance with costs.
Coordinate maintenance and installation workloads
Manage maintenance visit scheduling and track weekly performance
Ensure billing and consistency between projected and actual costs.
Propose solutions to improve the responsiveness and profitability of activities
Ensure the supply and optimization of technicians' resources
Manage quotes for services.
Handle first-level customer escalations
Ensure the smooth flow of information between teams and share your technical expertise.
Conduct staff risk assessments and enforce safety guidelines

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the field of electronic security or low-voltage systems in the broadest sense.

Recognized for your technical knowledge, you are able to coordinate installation and maintenance activities while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

A born manager, you know how to unite your teams, guarantee quality of service, and resolve complex situations. You are comfortable with numbers and performance analysis, while demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness.
