Your mission

Contract: CDI

Status: Supervisor - Level MP1
Salary: €15.35 gross/hour, i.e. approximately €2,328 gross/month for 35 hours/week
Hours : Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (lunch break from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
Desired start date: As soon as possible
Driving licence required (travel on site)

Main tasks

As Cleaning Team Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of cleaning services, and for maintaining operational contact with customers throughout the ship.

Your tasks include :

  • Organization and management

Organize team work according to priorities and schedules
Ensure the availability of equipment, PPE and consumables
Follow up specific customer requests and make adjustments in the field
Clock in and out and manage team administration
Apply and enforce health and safety regulations

  • Communication and reporting

Be the customer's direct contact on board
Report information to the contract manager
Participate in the continuous improvement of service quality
Identify needs and opportunities for adjustment or development

Your assets

Profile required:

Desired experience in team management and/or industrial cleaning
Good command of health, safety, quality and environmental (HSEQ) regulations
Good organizational skills, adaptability and sense of priorities
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Good command of office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Knowledge of the naval environment is a plus

Specific job requirements

This position involves certain physical and environmental constraints:

Work on board ships (narrow staircases, circulation on decks),
Possibility of working at heights or in confined spaces.
Not prone to seasickness.
