Job offer Floor manager (F/H) CDD Hauts-de-Seine (92)

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and smooth running of the floors under your responsibility, guaranteeing the quality of service expected by users.

Your main tasks will be to :

- Carry out daily rounds to check on the cleanliness, safety and condition of technical equipment and furnishings.

- Act as a point of contact for users on your floor, gathering and processing their requests.

- Identify and report any malfunctions by creating tickets with the relevant departments, and follow them through to resolution.

- Maintain equipment in operational condition (multitechnics, furniture, signage, etc.).

- Participate in the organization and coordination of moves and floor adjustments.

- Ensure smooth, regular communication with general and technical departments.

- Contribute to reporting and activity monitoring to ensure traceability of interventions and continuous improvement of service quality.

Your assets

With a Bac to Bac+2 qualification, you have a first successful experience in a tertiary environment, ideally in space management, facility management or logistics.

You have a good command of office tools (Outlook, Excel) and know how to use tracking and ticketing platforms.

Rigorous and organized, you are self-reliant and responsive.
With good interpersonal skills and an excellent sense of service, you are recognized for your availability and your ability to take initiative.
