Your mission

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager – Business Developer to join our team at Onet Airport Services. Based in Roissy, we develop airport activities at all French airports. Our teams work on projects with significant operational, technical, and transformation challenges at the heart of the airport ecosystem. Your mission will be to actively develop our portfolio of clients and prospects, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth. This key position is for a proactive individual who is capable of taking initiative and transforming opportunities into concrete results.

Main tasks :

  • Develop relationships with customers and prospects, ensuring regular and personalized follow-up.
  • Understand the business environment and Onet Airport Services' offering in order to promote the services to customers.
  • Identify prospecting targets and develop a commercial portfolio.
  • Develop and follow the sales action plan: establishing contact, organizing appointments with customers/prospects.
  • Monitor and manage consultations in conjunction with the design office.
  • Report regularly on actions taken and results achieved
Your assets

Education:

  • Business school with a technical background or engineering school, ideally complemented by initial experience in sales prospecting.
  • Language skills: Fluent in French and English.

 

  •  Interpersonal skills:
    o Good communication and interpersonal skills
    o Initiative and proactivity
    o Proactive and business-minded
    o Teamwork and ability to interact with all types of staff (management, operations, sales)

Compensation and benefits:
• Fixed compensation: €45-50k max/year
• Bonuses calculated based on revenue growth, up to €50k/year
• Company car

• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Organization and rigor in following up on sales activities.
• Results-oriented and customer service-minded.
