Through its site assistance services (radiation protection, regulatory inspections, nuclear logistics, etc.), the Operations and Training Division contributes to the major challenges of EDF's "Grand Carénage" program, which aims to extend the operating life of nuclear power plants.
Here are the challenges we propose to meet together:
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Deputy Operations Manager is responsible for enforcing the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Radiation Protection system on construction sites.
· To this end, you will maintain the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Radiation Protection system on site, communicate any changes, and ensure that it is properly implemented.
· You inform, advise, and assist Activity Managers in applying the Q3SER system.
· You carry out risk analyses: safety, security, radiation protection, and technical (quality of services);
· You recommend preliminary training and awareness-raising initiatives and oversee the internal control plan;
· You strengthen the implementation of requirements and safety management by supervising activities and monitoring the deployment of safety action plans;
· You report monthly on service performance indicators and promote continuous improvement.
· You ensure a presence in the field as part of management visits focused on quality, health, safety, security, the environment, and radiation protection.
· Stand in for the site manager in their absence in terms of management and financial monitoring
· Encourage a proactive attitude among all stakeholders, particularly with regard to safety/security.
· Contribute to the preparation of various audits and participate in them,
Profile:
You have standard training in QHSE/Management or similar.
Your experience and knowledge of the industry will be taken into account when you apply for the job.
