Onet is recruiting for its METZ branch, an Operations Manager F/H
Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will be responsible for technical management in the Lorraine Champagne Ardenne geographical area.
In this context, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Manage the operations team (approx. 10 employees)
- Organize and manage various worksites
- Allocate and adapt resources according to workload
- Planning schedules, assignments and training courses
- Ensure compliance with specifications and QHSE standards
- Manage equipment fleet
- Monitor contracts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Propose and implement improvement and/or corrective actions
- Develop the agency's exceptional and special work, and draw up estimates
- Develop good relations with institutional partners and ensure an excellent social climate
- Operational management and control of salaries/expenses within budgetary limits
- Monitor management and profitability indicators
With a higher education background, you have at least 2 years' experience in operations management, ideally acquired in the business services sector.
As an experienced manager, you're a good listener and are close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.
You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
