Job offer Operations Manager F/H CDI Val d'Oise (95)

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the profit center and for the operational, human and financial management of our sites at the Roissy Charles de Gaulle hub.
As the orchestral conductor of operations, you will manage the teams in the field, ensure customer satisfaction and actively contribute to the development and performance of the business.

Your main tasks

Operational management:

Plan, organize and coordinate operations on the platform's various worksites.
Guarantee the proper execution of services in compliance with contractual commitments, deadlines and quality.
Ensure rigorous monitoring of performance indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement.

Team management:

Manage, lead and support operational teams.
Recruit, train and evaluate employees.
Encourage motivation, cohesion and skills development in teams.

Financial management and performance:

Manage the profitability of the profit center: monitor budgets, control costs and optimize resources.
Analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Participate in drawing up business forecasts and investment plans.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE ) :

Guarantee the application of QHSE procedures and ensure the safety of teams in the field.
Promote safety culture and continuous improvement approach.

Customer relations and reporting :

Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with customers.
Ensure the satisfaction, loyalty and development of the customer portfolio.
Produce regular, structured reports for General Management.

Your assets

You have an engineering degree or equivalent.
You have at least 5 to 7 years' significant experience in operations management and team management, ideally in the airport, industrial or logistics sectors.
You have solid financial management and profit center management skills.
You have a good command of office automation tools and are comfortable with reporting systems.
You are recognized for your leadership, rigor, organizational skills and results orientation.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of customer service.
You speak fluent English and are familiar with the principles of Lean Management.
