You ensure functional and hierarchical liaison, and/or take part in drawing up execution programs. You propose the resources needed to achieve the specifications.

You can draw up and manage a budget based on technical or economic criteria.

You have the necessary knowledge to select and use appropriate methods, procedures, products and equipment, and to adjust them to specific constraints.

You organize and control work on one or more sites

You manage work teams and ensure strict compliance with safety instructions.

You organize and lead meetings with customers

You set up the appropriate quality control systems

You ensure that hygiene and biocleaning prerequisites are applied, in collaboration with the hygiene referent.

You are the single point of contact for customers

You carry out and check staff clocking in and out

You organize the operation of outdoor buildings

You take part in contradictory inspections and site visits

You set up and lead steering committees (COPILs)

You are responsible for maintaining and achieving budget targets

Your assets

With a higher education qualification (BAC+2 to BAC+5), you have at least 3 years' experience in operations management, ideally in the waste management sector. Knowledge of the transport sector would be an asset.

As a hands-on manager, you're a good listener, available and have good interpersonal skills.

Autonomous, responsive and proactive, you are also rigorous and performance-oriented.

Your analytical, organizational and diplomatic skills make you a recognized contact, both internally and externally.
