Reporting to the Branch Manager, your missions will be as follows:
Operation :
Organize and manage work sites
Ensure compliance with specifications and QHSE standards
Manage equipment
Allocate and adapt resources according to workload
Manage and control hourly volumes
Propose and implement improvement and/or corrective actions
Trade :
Follow up contracts
Ensure customer satisfaction
Develop the agency's exceptional and special work, and draw up estimates
Management and labor relations :
Manage the operations team (200 people)
Plan schedules, assignments and training
Develop good relations with institutional partners and ensure an excellent social climate
Management :
Manage operations and control wages/charges within budget
Monitor management and profitability indicators
Analyze site reports in collaboration with the Branch Manager
Your strengths
With a higher education background, you have at least 3 years' experience in operations management, ideally in the cleaning sector. Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.
As an experienced manager, you're a good listener who's close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.
You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
