Job offer Nuclear plant operations manager

As part of our dismantling and nuclear waste activity, and within the framework of the operation of a facility based in Marcoule, we are looking for a :

Nuclear Operations Manager - F/H

Interfacing with the project manager for contractual aspects and project management, your missions will be as follows:

-Manage activities through regular facility meetings;

- Maintain the plant in safe operating conditions and ensure its availability;

- Guarantee the safety and radiation protection of people working on the installation;

- Plan and monitor periodic inspections (CEP, CI, VRP);

- Apply and enforce the management system, procedures and all applicable documents;

-Monitor and analyze deviations and significant events;

- Coordinate work and provide feedback to the customer to manage co-activity;

- Ensure coordination between operations, production, radiation protection and maintenance, and arbitrate priorities;

- Ensure that operating teams receive training and maintain their skills;

- Approve documentation produced by operations teams;

- Identify customer needs and business opportunities;

- Report material and support resource requirements via the Onet Technologies back office to the Business Manager;

- Guarantee traceability of operations and ensure upward and downward reporting;

- Managing teams;

Your assets

With 5 years' higher education in general engineering or a Master's specialized in energy/nuclear/risk management, you have at least 5 years' experience in operations management in the waste, logistics, sanitation and water treatment or nuclear sectors, for example.

You enjoy working in a team, have good interpersonal skills and are customer-oriented.
