Your mission

As part of our nuclear dismantling business, and reporting directly to the Business Manager, we are recruiting for the Creys-Malville site a :


Operations Manager



You manage all the technical and human resources assigned to your scope of responsibility to ensure that planning and profitability targets are met, while complying with safety requirements.

In this context, you will :


- Manage and lead the teams in your area, with the help of the Site Manager

- Monitor and analyze site progress, schedules, indicators (safety, HR....)


- Propose and implement corrective actions if necessary


 - Maintain and develop a relationship of trust with customers


- Lead (or participate in) customer meetings and defend the defined strategic, technical and contractual objectives


- Create tools and procedures to improve your team's organization


- Ensure that all personnel within your scope meet the conditions for intervention (training/accreditation/skills).


- Suggest areas for continuous improvement (in terms of HR, organization, Q3SER, investment, etc.).

Your assets

 

In this role, every day will be different, and you'll need to be perfectly organized to meet all the demands you'll face. As a manager, you have a natural ease for leading your team and ensuring a good social climate.

                                               

You have a university degree in general engineering, dismantling or waste management, and at least 5 years' significant experience in site management, ideally in dismantling.
