Here are the challenges we propose to meet together:
Reporting to the Site Manager, the Operations Manager coordinates all Logistics, Handling, Waste, Warehouse and Radiation Protection activities entrusted to him/her within the site perimeter.
In this capacity, its missions include the following:
- Anticipate and define intervention schedules,
- Allocate and adapt resources according to workload,
- Manage and control hourly volumes,
- Interfaces with the agency and other sites to define the resource rigging strategy,
- Ensure invoicing feedback
- Propose and implement improvement and/or corrective actions,
- Carry out technical analyses of the various activities, and define intervention methods,
- Define purchases (excluding capital expenditure) required to carry out activities,
- Be present in the field to anticipate difficulties, hazards and unforeseen events,
- Prepare, structure and manage a unit shutdown in the field of nuclear logistics,
- Manage different teams (skills, leave, absences, assignments),
Working directly with our client, you will manage the project using a continuous improvement approach with the aim of improving service performance.
Do you recognize yourself?
With a bachelor's or master's degree or engineering degree, you ideally have initial experience in management, site supervision, and team leadership in complex industrial or nuclear environments.
Support for nuclear logistics positions and professions will be provided based on your experience and knowledge.
