Organize and manage various worksites
Ensure compliance with specifications and QHSE standards
Manage equipment fleet
Allocate and adapt resources according to workload
Managing and controlling hourly volumes
Propose and implement improvement and/or corrective actions
Manage the operations team (400 people)
Planning schedules, assignments and training courses
Contract monitoring
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Develop the agency's exceptional and special work, and draw up estimates
Develop good relations with institutional partners and ensure an excellent social climate
Operational management and control of salaries/charges within budgetary limits
Monitor management and profitability indicators
Analyze site reports in collaboration with the Branch Manager

Your assets

You have at least 5 years' experience in operations management in the private security sector.

As an experienced manager, you're a good listener who's close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.

You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
