As part of our expansion, we are recruiting an Operations Manager (m/f):
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
· Monitor, manage, and coordinate construction sites (from site preparation to site closure);
· Occasionally act as a technical liaison with various contacts;
· Respect and enforce the contractual commitments made by the company;
· Anticipate and manage the necessary human resources and equipment, ensuring that your team meets the conditions for intervention;
· Ensure the technical feasibility of interventions and associated methodologies in order to contribute to collective performance;
· Analyze and manage the resolution of contingencies and propose technical solutions with the aim of improving the conditions for carrying out interventions;
· Manage subcontracted services on its construction sites and coactivity on its construction sites;
· Participate in technical costing meetings, site meetings, and team meetings;
· Occasionally participate in drafting or drafting technical and commercial proposals (additional work, calls for bids), estimates, and cost calculations;
· Monitor the various indicators;
· Collect all the information necessary for financial monitoring, invoicing, and budget tracking for the project.
You have proven experience in site management and team management.
You have initial experience in a nuclear environment.
Computer skills.
