Manage and federate a team of collaborators (management controller, IT department and sales team)
Create operational reporting for the branches and, in collaboration with operational staff, provide monthly analyses to assist management in their decision-making.
Share and report analyses to the BU's finance department within the allotted deadlines
Report to your line manager any arbitration issues or malfunctions identified after closing
Manage customer collections and the DSO indicator
Participate in sales offer reviews and report arbitrations to the Group's commitment process.
Manage budget preparation and forecasting (2 annual exercises)
Ensure the integrity of financial and analytical data for account closings, in line with Group processes
Implement and lead action plans, and propose areas for improvement in conjunction with operations.
Ensure and enforce analytical allocation procedures with branch administrative staff in line with the entity's strategy.
Coordinate and manage analytical reviews in close collaboration with Branch and Business Unit Managers
Lead monthly Agency Business Reviews
Formalize an inventory and stock management procedure and ensure its proper application
Advise, assist and challenge operational teams in managing branches
Set up and propose relevant performance indicators
Analyze the main drift factors and suggest areas for improvement
Be proactive, open-minded and vigilant with regard to future ERP change recipes

Occasional travel to branches and Group headquarters.

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5), you have solid experience in a similar role, acquired in a multi-site environment or in an audit firm. Ideally, you have already worked in BtoB and project services.

You are recognized for your pragmatism, your ability to teach, your adaptability and your analytical skills. As a result-oriented person, you are able to demonstrate rigor and a high level of autonomy.

As a manager or aspiring manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your teams. You also have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and a strong sense of team spirit.
