Reporting to the business unit's Management Control Director and a member of the entity's Management Committee, your main missions in the human security and hospitality businesses are as follows:

Manage and federate a team of 4 regional employees (operational controllers)
Develop and industrialize operational reporting for the regions and, in collaboration with operational staff, provide monthly analyses to support decision-making by business management.
Share and consolidate analyses with the business unit's finance department within the allotted deadlines
Drive the entity's DSO target
Participate in summarizing sales offers
Manage budget preparation and forecasting (2 annual exercises)
Ensure the integrity of financial and analytical data for account closings
Ensure the implementation and management of action plans, and propose areas for improvement in conjunction with regional management.
Ensure and enforce analytical allocation procedures with your team and branch administrative staff
Coordinate and manage analytical reviews in close collaboration with your team and line managers
Master the entire scope of analytical costing
Lead monthly regional business reviews
Formalize a financial audit procedure and a stock management procedure, and ensure their proper application
Analyze the main drift factors and suggest areas for improvement in conjunction with your team
Participate in M&A projects in line with business unit strategy
Helping your team make the switch to group ERP

Regional travel may be required as part of your duties.

Your assets

With a university degree (BAC+5), you have solid experience in similar positions, acquired in a multi-site environment and/or in an audit firm. Ideally, you have already worked in the BtoB services sector.

You are recognized for your pragmatism, your ability to teach, your adaptability and your analytical skills. As a result-oriented person, you are able to demonstrate rigor and a high level of autonomy.

As a successful manager, you know how to give meaning, drive dynamics and unite your team. You also have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills and a proven sense of team spirit.
