Job offer Technical development and innovation manager - Nuclear F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will steer Onet Technologies' innovation policy, in line with the Group's strategic orientations. You will support the Business Lines in framing and implementing innovative projects and setting up appropriate industrial resources.

Your main responsibilities:

Define and coordinate R&D programs and industrial investments
Monitor project budgets and return on investment
Promote technical solutions to customers and partners
Participate in sales initiatives and external events
Contribute to the technical validation of projects and the resolution of major issues
Set up and optimize the organization of project teams

Your assets

Ideally with a BAC +5, engineering degree or M2, you have more than 15 years' experience in a position of expertise in engineering complex projects in the nuclear sector.

Your solid technical and industrial culture, your mastery of quality, safety and regulatory standards justify your ability to manage complex projects.

Your skills in risk analysis, financial monitoring, indicator management and public speaking are essential assets for success in this position.
