Manage the operations team
Planning schedules, assignments and training courses
Develop good relations with institutional partners and ensure an excellent social climate

Management :

Operational management and control of salaries/charges within budgetary limits
Monitor management and profitability indicators
Analyze site reports in collaboration with the Branch Manager

Your assets

With a higher education background, you have at least 3 years' experience in operations management, ideally acquired in the cleaning sector.

As an experienced manager, you're a good listener who's close to your colleagues. With excellent adaptability skills, you know how to assert yourself with diplomacy and pedagogy with your teams.

You are autonomous, reactive, proactive and performance-oriented. You also stand out for your analytical and organizational skills.
