Job offer: Operations Manager (M/F) Permanent contract Blayais

Onet Technologies is an engineering and services company that supports nuclear industry players throughout the entire life cycle of facilities, from design and operation to decommissioning. Its activities include facility maintenance and modification, with strong expertise in welding and nuclear piping.

As part of major contract wins in welding and piping at the Blayais nuclear power plant, Onet Technologies is creating a new branch in Blayais and recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee its launch and operational development.

Reporting to senior management, the Operations Manager oversees the establishment and operation of this new agency. He supervises the human and material resources necessary for the proper execution of contracts, in strict compliance with the safety/security, quality, cost, and deadline requirements specific to the nuclear environment.

He actively contributes to business development by participating in prospecting, costing, responding to calls for tenders, and commercial follow-up for welding and piping projects. He analyzes customer needs, defines or has defined appropriate technical solutions, and ensures the optimal allocation of human and technical resources.

As a local manager, the Operations Manager structures the agency's organization, supervises and leads the operational and management teams, manages schedules, and ensures that workloads are in line with capacity. They are involved in recruitment, skills development, and the professional development of employees, while fostering a positive working environment.

Finally, he is responsible for ensuring that Q3SER requirements are implemented and complied with, by strictly enforcing the rules and embodying the safety culture on a daily basis at the Blayais power plant construction sites.

Your assets

With a technical or engineering degree, you have significant professional experience in managing operational activities in a complex industrial environment, ideally in the nuclear sector.

You have proven skills in welding and piping, as well as a solid understanding of the contractual, regulatory, and Q3SER requirements associated with this type of environment.

As an experienced manager, you have demonstrated your ability to structure organizations, drive operational performance, and support team development in a context of growth and transformation. Your leadership, strategic thinking, and operational standards enable you to combine excellence in execution, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

With a strong sense of initiative and a genuine results-oriented culture, you are known for your rigor, reliability, and ability to represent the company to leading clients and partners. Your ability to thrive in demanding and highly regulated environments is a key asset for success in this high-stakes position.
