Reporting to Onet Logistique's South West Division and based at the customer's site in Toulouse.

Our mission will be to train you in :

Management / Operations :

- Carry out logistics services according to defined procedures,

- Workforce optimization and management: scheduling,

- You ensure a lasting social climate,

Customer relations :

- You ensure customer satisfaction and manage the daily interface with them,

Site administration :

- You recruit staff, train them and make sure they are qualified and capable of carrying out the work,

- In collaboration with your agency, you make requests for contracts, amendments, bonuses and overtime, and pass on contract, payroll and invoicing information to the administrative departments,

- You carry out the weekly tally,

- You monitor the site's KPIs and ensure sound financial management.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment:

- You ensure that QHSE procedures and operating methods are respected,

Continuous improvement :

- You will carry out an in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify levers for optimization and performance.
- You will propose and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- You will lead concrete actions to promote innovation and modernize practices at the site.

Your assets

* You have completed a BTS or BUT specializing in transport and logistics management or a professional license in transport and logistics and would like to continue your studies.

* Master's degree, business school, engineering degree, with a specialization in logistics or supply chain

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your autonomy and you know how to make proposals.
