The Method and Process Manager optimizes maintenance processes (equipment, methods, human resources) in compliance with regulations and health and safety rules.

It manages preventive maintenance plans, implements operating procedures and sets up indicators to monitor malfunctions.

Your main tasks are :

- Establish and validate maintenance standards

- Responsible for deployment and development of IT tools (portal, CMMS, etc.)

- Provide training on IT tools (CMMS, mobility, reporting, etc.)

- Develop and distribute performance indicators for business tools

- New business start-up pilot

- Set up the documentation structure for business start-ups

- Define improvements and changes to maintenance processes

- Optimize maintenance processes and improve productivity

- Define priorities for action and allocation of means / resources / deadlines

- Check that maintenance processes comply with standards and specifications

- Assistance to operational teams with business methods and tools

Secondary missions :

- Keeping abreast of technological developments

- Keep abreast of regulatory developments (related to quality assurance)

Your assets

You have a degree (Bac +2 to Bac +5) in engineering with a technical dimension, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.

You have good interpersonal and writing skills, as well as being committed, responsive and autonomous. Proficiency in the main Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is essential, as is knowledge of the NF X 60-000 standard and the different levels of maintenance. A working command of English is required for this position.
