You will be involved in a variety of tasks:

Participate in the design of new or refurbished tertiary projects, as a project management assistant or environmental project manager.
Carry out environmental studies (dynamic thermal simulations, dynamic energy simulations, lighting studies, life-cycle analysis of materials, etc.) using DesignBuilder in particular.
Help develop our expertise in dynamic environmental simulations, optimize DesignBuilder's uses, and increase the team's skills.
Dialog with our multidisciplinary team to achieve integrated design and build green buildings together
Environmental site monitoring
Take on other assignments suited to your skills and interests, because with us, everyone gets to build their own job!

Your assets

At Sinteo, we're above all looking for someone who will thrive on their assignments and contribute fully to our projects. Experience and expertise are important, but we also value motivation, sharing and teamwork.

Experience and know-how that make all the difference:

You have at least 5 years' experience in a design office, consultancy or environmental project management firm.
You are familiar with environmental design studies (STD/SED, ACV, FLJ) and their associated software.
You are recognized for your perfect mastery of DesignBuilder, our reference tool
You can manage projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables.
You are autonomous in carrying out your assignments and at ease with analytical tools.
You have a good understanding of eco-design and environmental issues (low-carbon, circular economy, energy performance, etc.).
You are familiar with environmental certifications (HQE, BREEAM, BBCA, WELL...)
