You will participate in the deployment of Multitechnics within Facility Services.
To do this, your main tasks are :
- Implement and monitor processes
- Develop and monitor technical projects (including TE/Project + on-site solution deployment)
- Analyze customer needs and expectations: specifications, on-site audits, pricing policy...
- Organizing responses: feasibility study, technical project interface in customer relations, leading external negotiations...
- Support the roll-out of the offering: plan start-up actions, co-organize the implementation of projects and contracts...
- Coordinate the project team: transfer of expertise, management of workload schedules, optimization, control and validation of proposals...
With an engineering degree, you have at least 8 years' experience in multi-technical project management with multiple stakeholders in the service, industry, real estate or construction sectors.
You are fluent in English.
With solid experience in the deployment of multi-technical solutions, you are able to define and monitor processes while effectively coordinating technical projects.
