As the Cleanliness/Industrial Cleaning Manager for an agri-food site, you are the operational point of contact for cleaning and disinfection in food production environments.
Reporting to the Agri-Food Site Manager at the Vendée branch, you will oversee all cleaning and disinfection services in strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and QSE requirements.
You will be the client's primary point of contact and will guarantee the quality, compliance, and performance of the site.
Your missions are as follows:
Operation :
- Organize and manage food industry cleaning services (human resources, equipment, products, schedules).
- Ensure that all work complies with customer specifications, hygiene procedures, and food industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with cleaning and disinfection protocols in the food industry (procedures, operating methods, quality standards).
- Carry out quality controls, internal audits, and corrective actions, in conjunction with the QSE Manager.
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used.
- Monitor the operating account, performance indicators, and site costs.
- Ensure staff training: accreditation and aptitude to perform services.
Management :
- Supervise and lead the cleaning team at the food processing site.
- Ensure the reception, integration, and training of new employees.
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions.
- Maintain a peaceful social climate and anticipate risky situations.
Equipment management and maintenance :
- Manage stocks of cleaning products, PPE, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance, maintenance, and periodic inspections of equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Customer relations :
- Ensure close customer relations.
- Handle complaints and follow up on action plans.
- Be a driving force for continuous improvement in services.
