We are recruiting a Deputy Q3SE Manager to strengthen our Q3SE team at Onet Logistique headquarters in Marseille.
Reporting to Onet Logistique's Q3SE Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
QUALITY MANAGEMENT :
- Participate in the definition of the QSSSE policy with the management of the Onet Logistique Business Unit
- Drafting, improving and implementing the Quality Management System
- Prepare and present Quality and Continuous Improvement topics to the network
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and supplier evaluations
- Provide support to agencies and ensure the proper use of Onet applications
CERTIFICATION AUDITS :
- Deploy and maintain certifications (e.g. AEO, MASE, ISO 14001, EN 9120, AEO) etc.
- Carry out internal quality and standards audits
- Provide support and guidance to audited agencies
SUPPORT AND TRAINING :
- Organize employee support initiatives in the field
- Integrating newcomers to the network
- Participate in coordinating the QSE network through regular meetings
MONITORING AND REPORTING :
- Monitor standards and regulations
- Consolidate QSSSE indicators at national level
You are recognized for your rigor, creativity and autonomy, your organizational skills and you have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
You have good analytical and summarizing skills, and you know how to communicate and negotiate with different contacts.
With 3 to 5 years' higher education in QSE, you have a first successful experience in a similar logistics position in a demanding industrial sector.
You have knowledge of certification principles (e.g. AEO, MASE, ISO 14001, EN 9120, AEO) and a particular aptitude for IT (Google Forms, Excel, Kahoot, macros, etc.).
You will be required to travel regularly throughout France.
