Reporting to the QHSE Department, your main mission will be to ensure the implementation and improvement of QHSE policies at our FM and Multi-techniques sites.
Your main activities are :
- Advise and support sites on QHSE issues
- Lead, deploy and monitor the QSE system within your scope
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of occupational accidents and illnesses
- Organize and run training courses in conjunction with HR and operational staff
- Support sites and customers in their dealings with official bodies (CARSAT, IT, Occupational Medicine)
- Carry out internal audits and monitor the regional action plan
- Participate in the regulatory watch and ensure its proper application
- Contribute to the preparation of QHSE reports and participate in local CSSCTs
You are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, as well as their implementation in an industrial context.
You have proven expertise in analyzing occupational hazards and implementing appropriate preventive measures.
You have an excellent ability to conduct internal audits and monitor QHSE performance indicators.
You are comfortable running training courses and raising team awareness of safety and environmental issues.
Autonomous and rigorous, you are able to adapt quickly to regulatory changes and the requirements of official bodies.
You have at least 5 years' experience in the QHSE field, enabling you to deal effectively with complex issues.
You have a 5-year degree in health, safety and the environment (engineering diploma, Master's or specialized Master's).
You are fluent in English, making it easier to deal with international contacts.
