Reporting to the HR and CSR Director of Onet Technologies, your responsibilities will include :
CSR, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT
Implement, manage and optimize Onet Technologies' Safety and Environment organization.
Comply with and ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, security, environment and radiation protection requirements (Q3SER)
Manage and coordinate all Onet Technologies' security teams and ensure the right level of skills.
Carry out safety audits/visits and implement related improvement action plans
Monitor the accidentology of Onet Technologies entities, diagnose and ensure that the causes of any discrepancies are corrected.
Manage reporting via the various dashboards and analyze indicators
Ensure deployment of a continuous improvement and feedback process
Monitor and disseminate standards and regulations on the topics covered, and ensure that they are disseminated and applied within its scope.
Steering and promoting an inclusive policy: disability, gender diversity, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND TRAINING
Ensure the deployment and implementation of the staff development and skills maintenance procedure
Lead the policy of maintaining and upgrading skills by piloting the implementation of on-the-job training courses to guarantee the right technical skills at all levels.
Ensure technical skills assessment, extract and analyze skills mapping
Analyze and use the skills map, ensure it is kept up to date
Monitor HR performance and related action plans,
AUDITS
Coordinate the organization, planning and execution of internal audits,
Prepare and participate in external and supplier audits
With a 5-year degree, you have over 10 years' experience in quality, safety, health, security and radiation protection in the nuclear industry.
You are familiar with standards and procedures, and with the principles of certification, auditing and CSR.
You are a good communicator and have a good command of tools for monitoring and reporting performance indicators.
