Reporting to the QSE Director of the security business unit, and working closely with the Managing Director ofOnet Security Systèmes, your role will be to manage and develop the company's quality, safety and environment system.

Within this framework, your missions are as follows:

Leading and managing the network of branch QSE correspondents
Monitor and maintain the company's QSE certifications (ISO 9001, APSAD) and work towards acquiring new certifications.
Manage and improve the safety awareness and accident management process
Manage the continuous improvement process, developing corrective actions where necessary
Carry out internal audits on the application of processes and regulations in all company departments.
Measure customer satisfaction and implement appropriate action plans
Ensure the proper functioning of the regulatory monitoring system and compliance checks in the field of QSE, and assist agencies in their compliance checks.
Monitor site visits and audits to ensure compliance with QSE policy
Communicate quality, safety and environmental requirements and challenges to company employees
Recommend, implement and monitor safety and environmental procedures
Strengthen the company's document repository and business procedures, as well as their deployment and appropriation by field teams.
Manage occupational risk assessment, implement preventive measures to ensure personal safety and analyze workplace accidents.
Ensure that the "Document Unique" is kept up to date and that all QSE regulatory obligations are met
Facilitate meetings or problem-solving groups

Your assets

With higher education in QSE or equivalent, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in a technical and service environment.

You are recognized for your field orientation and your operational vision of the business. You are autonomous, rigorous and have strong analytical and summarizing skills.

In addition, you have proven interpersonal skills, a taste for teamwork and excellent communication skills.
