Your mission

For our agency in Rungis (94), we are recruiting a :

 

 QSE Manager F/H

 

You have a key role to play: you deploy and manage the QSE policy of your establishment, whose customer sites cover the whole département.

Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Regional QSE Manager, you will deploy and lead the QSE approach within your establishment and carry out the following tasks:

QSE management system:


Together with the Branch Manager, define QSE objectives and indicators, and manage the QSE Dashboard
-Guarantee compliance with national and regional documents, and manage branch documents
-Schedule, monitor and record prevention plans and QSE actions (quality controls, QSE talks, QSE visits, behavioral visits, customer visits, etc.).),
-Analyze reports on talks, QSE visits, behavioral visits, quality controls, customer visits, equipment reports, Alert sheets, audit reports, customer surveys, etc.
-Propose and monitor corrective, corrective and preventive actions, and manage the Action Plan,
-Provide training and keep authorizations up to date,
-Conduct internal audits (HSE regulations, ISO 9001, MASE, etc.) at other branches,

Animation and management :


Work with the Agency Manager to promote national, regional and local QSE policy within the agency,
- Work with the Agency Manager to lead QSE meetings,
- Provide QSE support to agency teams,
- Produce QSE information and awareness-raising materials (flashes, posters, etc.),


Health Safety Environment :


Participate in the CSSCT as a permanent guest,
-Conduct talks and site audits (QSE visits, behavioral visits, knowledge reminders, etc.),
-Manage the single document and environmental analysis,
-Monitor periodic inspections of materials, vehicles and equipment,
-Monitor work-related accidents and occupational illnesses, and manage the internal AT/MP software,

Quality and customer follow-up:


Carry out customer visits and meetings,
- Carry out satisfaction surveys

Your assets

In the branch, you'll help each other out: adaptability and versatility will enable you to successfully complete all your tasks. You'll juggle urgent operational matters with longer-term QSE issues. You'll be able to manage your priorities with a master's hand! As you'll have gathered, there's no such thing as routine in this job: the assignments are varied, and you'll have a great deal of autonomy.

You have QSE training and experience in a similar position, ideally in services or industry. A valid driving license is required.
