As QSE Manager, you will lead the company's quality, safety and environment policy and organize its implementation in line with the strategy defined by regional management.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for :

HQSE:

- Implementation and monitoring of QSE policies

- Coordination of the Quality Safety Environment policy defined with the Branch Manager,

- Monitoring of agency indicators,

- Support the site management team on QSE issues,

- Update reporting and quality documents.

Audit and control :

- Monitor periodic equipment checks,

- Ensure compliance with prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating modes,

- Monitor and update site authorizations and access rights, implement and/or monitor the plant's various certifications (MASE, NF, ISAO, etc.),

- Performing audits,

- Organize actions to inform and raise awareness among employees about risks, and suggest areas for improvement.

Your assets

We're looking for a committed person with good interpersonal skills and experience in the cleaning sector. You'll be able to position yourself and put your ideas across in an educational way. You will also be able to demonstrate rigor, autonomy and responsiveness.

Diploma required: BAC+3

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position

B driving license required

The job requires a good command of computers and office software.
