For our ONET SERVICES Nancy branch, we are recruiting a QSE Manager F/H on a permanent contract.
You have a key role to play: you deploy and manage the QSE policy of your establishment, whose customer sites cover the whole of the 54 département.
Health, Safety, Environment:
- Implement and monitor QSE procedures
- Advise and assist site managers
- Listen to staff in order to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, and pass on any information useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions.
- Analyze incidents, near misses and accidents
- Participate in the analysis of risks and malfunctions, and in the search for areas for improvement.
- Propose and plan action plans
- Monitor HSE indicators and report to Regional Management
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and that branches comply with safety-related regulatory obligations (authorization, single document, prevention plan, PPE, training, exposure sheets, etc.).
- Monitor regulations and analyze their impact on the agency
Quality:
- Manage and control quality-related records
- Process non-conformity reports, monitor the implementation of corrective actions and their effectiveness
Audit and control :
- Initiate and monitor periodic equipment checks
- Ensure compliance with prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating modes
- Monitor and update site authorizations and access rights
- Ongoing personnel audits in HSE areas
Support and training :
- Ensure support for operational staff and their acquisition of methods and processes
- Organize information and awareness-raising campaigns for employees on risks: workplace accidents, road accidents, .... and suggest areas for improvement.
- Participating in the CSSCT
- Support branch teams in obtaining quality, health, safety and environmental certifications (MASE, ISO 9000, etc.).
In the branch, you'll help each other out: adaptability and versatility will enable you to successfully complete all your tasks. You'll juggle urgent operational matters with longer-term QSE issues. You'll be able to manage your priorities with a master's hand!
As you'll have gathered, there's no such thing as routine in this job, as the tasks are varied and autonomy is very important.
You have QSE training or at least experience in a similar position, ideally in the services or industry sectors. Young graduates are welcome. A valid driving license is required.
