Offer description

Your mission

As QSE Manager, you will work with a single major client in the aerospace industry, for an existing warehouse in Châtellerault and one under construction in Sorigny.



Your missions will be as follows:

 

QSE project management – site opening:

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the QSE system for the new warehouse, from the design phase through to operational start-up.
  • Define QSE standards, procedures, indicators, and tools tailored to requirements
  • Be the customer's primary QSE contact and participate in steering committees
  • Structure and secure the entire preparatory phase prior to the site opening, supporting the development work carried out under ONET's responsibility and supervising the service providers involved.
  • Prepare and manage the gradual ramp-up of activity starting in summer 2026, in order to ensure a controlled operational start-up in early 2027.
  • Ensure QSE management until operations are fully stabilized

 

Health, Safety, Security, and Environment

  • Advise and assist site management 
  • Listen to staff in order to anticipate problems, help find solutions, and pass on any information that could be useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions.
  • Participate in the management of security events, liaise between administrative staff and operations, and ensure follow-up.
  • Advise management during the validation of Prevention Plans
  • Monitor SSSE indicators and ensure they are reported to the agency and management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and ensure that both sites comply with HSE regulatory obligations.

 

Quality 

  • Develop policy for both sites with the Multisite Director in line with QSE management policy.
  • Ensure document management in accordance with procedures and process mapping 
  • Review customer contract requirements to verify that operations comply with the customer's terms and conditions.
  • Lead the analysis of malfunctions in collaboration with operational teams via problem-solving groups.

 

Audit, compliance, and certifications

  • Ensure that prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures, and operating methods are signed, known to all, and respected.
  • Conduct normative and regulatory audits, job audits, or audits of services performed
  • Ensure that equipment is tracked 
  • As part of the certification process, you will lead the initiative.

 

Support and training

  • Organize information and awareness campaigns for employees on risks and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Monitor accreditations, training, and authorizations 
  • Participate in the CSE
  • Participate in various bodies, including Copils, with the client
  • Supporting teams in certification processes 

Your assets

You are looking for a permanent contract, ideally starting in May 2026.

You have a thorough understanding of QSE norms and standards, which you have been implementing operationally for several years, and are comfortable conducting internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

You enjoy demanding and structured environments, and ideally have already worked in site or contract start-up contexts, requiring rigor, method, and project management.

You are known for your ability to work across departments, interact with a variety of people (operational teams, management, customers), and for your adaptability.
