As the QSE Manager, you will be responsible for multiple sites.
As part of the strategy defined by management, you will lead the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policy within your area of responsibility and oversee its implementation.
You will work on the following topics
Health, Safety, Security, and Environment
- Advise and assist site management with the support of the Q3SE Department.
- Listen to staff in order to anticipate problems,
- Help develop solutions and report any information that could contribute to the continuous improvement of working conditions.
- Help manage security incidents, serve as a liaison between administrative and operational teams, and follow up on these incidents.
- Advise management on the approval of prevention plans.
- Monitor SSSE indicators and ensure they are reported to management.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and verify that sites meet their HSE regulatory obligations (permits, single document, prevention plans, PPE, training, HSE audits, etc.).
Quality
- Develop the QSE policy in line with management's strategy.
- Ensure document management in accordance with current procedures and process maps.
- Conduct reviews of client contract requirements to verify that the services provided are in line with the specifications.
- Lead the analysis of operational issues in collaboration with operational teams through problem-solving groups.
Audit and Oversight
- Ensure that prevention plans, safety guidelines, procedures, and operating procedures are signed, known to everyone, and followed.
- Conduct compliance and regulatory audits, job-specific audits, and audits of services provided in the Q3SE areas.
- Ensure that equipment is tracked in accordance with regulations.
- Oversee the certification process when applicable.
Support and training
Organize information and awareness-raising activities for employees regarding occupational risks and propose areas for improvement.
Track clearances, training, authorizations, and site access rights.
Participate in employee representative bodies as needed.
Attend steering committee meetings with clients in your scope.
Support teams through the certification process.

- Due to the multi-site nature of this position, it requires the ability to travel to the various sites within the assigned area.
