Onet is recruiting a Regional QSE Assurance Manager for its West Atlantic Regional Division, based in Carquefou (44).
Reporting to the Regional Manager, and member of the Regional Management Committee, your main tasks will be to :
Quality management :
- Lead the QSE policy within its perimeter, ensure the deployment of the division's methods and tools
- Managing non-conformities
- Oversee the updating of regional documentation and the implementation of local action plans
Prevention, safety, environment :
- Ensure application of HSE policy in the branch
- Analyze and manage workplace accidents
- Manage preventive actions (such as talks, behavioral safety visits, news flashes, etc.)
- Monitor results (in particular Frequency Rate and Severity Rate) at regional level and inform the Regional Department/Pole of any deviation likely to affect the management or operating system.
- Carry out internal audits on a national scale, and draw up the corresponding reports and action plans.
- Drawing up and transmitting IQ summaries
Support and training :
- Advise and assist branches, and organize support initiatives for branch QHSE managers
- Leading the internal QHSE network: reporting alerts from the field, relaying information between divisions/groups
- Occasionally participate in feasibility studies for regional tenders
Monitoring and reporting :
- Monitor and disseminate standards and regulations on the topics covered
- Define, monitor and analyze quality indicators
- Check data entered by agencies in management applications
- Report on activity to Regional Management and the Pole QSE Department
You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position in a multi-site environment.
You are familiar with the principles of certification (NF, MASE, ISO, etc.) and with quality-related standards and procedures.
You are recognized for your rigor and autonomy, your sense of organization and you have strong interpersonal skills.
You have good analytical and synthesis skills, and you know how to communicate and negotiate with different contacts.
Finally, you master and are at ease with computer tools.
