Offer description

Your mission

Reporting to the Branch Manager and the Regional QSE Manager, you will deploy and lead the QSE approach within your establishment and carry out the following tasks:

     MISSIONS 

QSE policy and objectives :

- Work with the Agency Manager to implement national, regional and local QSE policy within the agency.

- Lead QSE meetings with the Branch Manager

- Define, with the Branch Manager, QSE objectives and indicators, and manage the Dashboard.

- Plan, monitor and record QSE interventions and administer the Blue Quality software.

 

Documentation, communication and awareness :

- Ensuring control of and compliance with national and regional documents and managing Agency documents

- Produce QSE information and awareness materials (flashes, posters, etc.).

 

HSE regulations :

- Participate in the CSSCT as a permanent guest

- Manage single document, risk analysis (PDP...) and environmental analysis

- Manage the agency's waste register and waste tracking slips

- Manage product inventory and safety data sheets

- Monitor periodic inspections of materials, vehicles and equipment

- Monitor training, update authorizations and manage the list of high-risk positions

Animation and field audits :

- Provide HSE induction and QSE training for branch personnel (structural and operational).

- Conduct talks and site audits (QSE visits, behavioral visits, etc.)

 

Customer care :

- Carry out customer visits, customer satisfaction surveys and monitor customer satisfaction

- Participate in sales presentations and write QSE chapters for certain local sales files

Continuous improvement :

- Analyze reports on talks, QSE visits, behavioral visits, quality controls, audit reports, customer surveys, etc.

- Propose and monitor curative, corrective and preventive actions, and manage the Action Plan.

- Work with stakeholders to analyze the causes of QSE non-conformities (accidents, complaints, discrepancies, etc.)

- Tracking occupational injuries and managing internal occupational injury software

 

Management :

- Provide QSE support to branch teams

- Hierarchical management of any QSE alternates or QSE correspondents

Your assets

With QSE training or equivalent, you have 1st experience in the field.

 People in the field who want to develop their QSE and managerial skills.

 Required qualities: didactic, diplomatic, methodical and proactive.

 A hands-on person, you are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.
