QSE management system :
Respect and apply the ISO 9001 standard in relation to the activity (knowledge of ISO 9001 required, knowledge of HACCP or ISO 22000 would be a plus).
Ensure the planning, follow-up and recording of prevention plans and QSE interventions (quality controls, talks, QSE visits, behavioral visits, customer visits, etc.).),
Analyze reports on talks, QSE visits, behavioral visits, quality controls, customer visits, equipment reports, Alert sheets, audit reports, customer surveys, etc.,
Propose and monitor corrective, corrective and preventive actions, and manage the Action Plan,
Monitor training courses and keep authorizations up to date,
Animation and management :
Coordinate QSE meetings with the Branch Manager,
- Coordinate national, regional and local QSE policy within the branch with the Branch Manager,
Assist agency teams with QSE support,
Produce QSE information and awareness materials (flashes, posters, etc.),
Health Safety Environment :
Conduct talks and site audits (QSE visits, behavioral visits, knowledge reminders, etc.),
Manage the single document
Monitor periodic inspections of materials, vehicles and equipment,
Monitor workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, and manage the in-house occupational injury/illness software.
Strong knowledge of food processing F/H BAC+5.
