Job offer Human Resources Manager F/H CDI Rhône (69)

Based in Bron (69) and reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will manage all HR aspects for a scope of over 1,000 employees spread across several branches (security and reception).

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Guarantee and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
Monitor disciplinary procedures and labor disputes
Participate in responses to calls for tender with operations and sales teams
Monitor personnel transfers when new contracts are won or lost
Work with branch managers to maintain relations with administrative authorities, occupational medicine, etc., and monitor sensitive files.
Actively contribute to maintaining a good labor relations climate and monitor employee representative bodies: elections, renewals, appointments, union representation, etc.
Prepare and follow up CSE meetings, and in particular deal with questions raised by social partners
Steering GPEC initiatives: monitoring and analyzing interview campaigns, internal mobility, career committees, etc.
Manage the region's training and work-study policy and ensure compliance with diversity commitments
Manage the recruitment of supervisors and supervisors and monitor the recruitment of managers in conjunction with the Recruitment Manager
Manage a team of 2 employees
Monitor HR indicators and ensure regular reporting to zone management and the Human Resources Department

Your assets

With a degree (BAC +5) in human resources or labor law, you have at least 5 years' experience as an operational HR manager, acquired in a multi-site environment. Ideally, you have already worked in the world of private security or BtoB services in the broadest sense.

You are autonomous in your missions, both in terms of relations with social partners and HR development. With excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to listen to employees and adapt to a variety of contacts.

In addition, you are recognized for your versatility, your operational vision of the business and your ability to analyze complex situations.
