Reporting to Onet Logistics' Human Resources Director, your duties will include :
* Advise the entire Onet Logistics network on all types of individual and collective employment law issues.
* Propose concrete solutions to operational staff on employment law issues, from hiring to termination of the employment contract, integrating technical, cost, political, social and business constraints into the proposed solutions;
* Drawing up and supervising employment contracts and current legal acts relating to personnel management (internal regulations, disciplinary procedures, etc.),
* Drafting and follow-up of documents relating to the termination of employment contracts,
* Organizing meetings of employee representatives (CSE, CSEC, union delegates),
* Manage negotiations with employee representatives, unions and other external stakeholders.
* Provide support for disciplinary cases and follow up litigation and pre-litigation files with your internal partners,
* Prepare, create and draft collective agreements negotiated at plant/company/Group level
* Participate in the deployment of collective agreements negotiated at plant/company/Group level
* Prepare and run training courses on employment law for the various members of the Personnel Department or Operational staff.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation and labor relations standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members.
- Sense of ethics and confidentiality.
- Ability to resolve conflicts constructively and find creative solutions.
- Proven experience in labor relations management.
- University degree in human resources, labor law or related field.
