Job offer Technical Manager / Bilingual English F/H CDD Monaco

We are looking for a Technical Manager (M/F) to manage and operate technical installations at several sites, in compliance with contractual commitments, industry standards and safety and environmental requirements.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the sites, coordinating the teams and providing the necessary technical support, while taking an active part in the life of the sites and occasionally replacing site managers.

Your main tasks:

Technical maintenance :

Plan, implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
Keep the maintenance plan and equipment list up to date.
Update and distribute operating procedures.
Design and monitor on-call schedules.

Organization and coordination :

Write and follow up Change Requests for exceptional operations.
Organize scheduled and exceptional technical shutdowns.
Support teams and technical consultants during specific operations.

Performance monitoring :

Analyze performance indicators (KPI, Help Desk, PPM).
Carry out maintenance compliance audits.
Prepare and present the multi-year investment plan.

Subcontractor management :

Lead operational monitoring meetings.
Monitor subcontracted services and take part in periodic reviews.

Risk management and QHSE :

Apply risk management procedures (MIM, BCP, Risk Assessment).
Participate in QHSE audits and regulatory controls.
Implement and monitor actions arising from regulatory monitoring.
Draw up Prevention Plans and Permits to Work.

Financial monitoring :

Manage orders related to day-to-day operations.
Identify potential savings in maintenance.

Customer relations :

Ensure that customer expectations are well informed and understood.
Lead operating meetings and present monthly reports.

Your assets

Profile required:

Advanced technical training (Bac +2 minimum) in maintenance, HVAC engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent.
Significant experience (5 years minimum) in technical management of multi-technical sites, ideally in a demanding environment.
Skills in team management, subcontractor management and contract management.
Sound knowledge of QHSE procedures, risk management and regulations.
Sense of customer service, analytical skills and ability to make proposals.
Mastery of IT tools (CMMS, Office pack).
Minimum professional English.
