Job offer NATIONAL PROJECT AND CONTRACT MANAGERS M/F Permanent contract Bouches-du-Rhône (13)

Based in Vitrolles (Grenoble or Toulouse), and reporting to the Project Manager, you will be the operational contact for the company's key account customers.

In this context, your main tasks are as follows:

Guarantee cross-functional and national customer vision (contractual, operational, legal and financial)
Single point of entry for national customers
Provide support to agencies
Structuring operations and schedules
Monitor national projects and coordinate work on major projects
Deploy, control and maintain contractual requirements
Guaranteeing the proper execution of contracts and their profitability
Listen to customer expectations and propose solutions
Prepare, lead and moderate monitoring bodies (steering committees and site monitoring meetings)
Analyze malfunctions and manage improvement plans
Ensure billing and collection completeness
Get involved in the company's QSSE approach
Represent and maintain the company's image with customers

Your assets

With a technical background, you have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, acquired in the world of electronic security or low-voltage current in the broadest sense.

Recognized for your technical expertise, you have the ability to work on complex, large-scale projects. An excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to manage strategic contracts.

You also stand out for your ability to analyze and summarize, your autonomy, your rigor and your sense of service.
