Your mission

 

 

 

As part of your work-study program, you will assist the Development/Innovation Planner in managing and improving operations.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Help monitor the performance of operations using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Contribute to the analysis of indicators and the identification of improvement measures.
  • Support the organization and management of the team’s activities (monitoring schedules, coordinating tasks).
  • Help monitor team skills and training (updating the skills framework, tracking certifications).
  • Help prepare and monitor internal controls and manage documents.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects aimed at optimizing the quality and performance of our services.

 

Your assets

You are pursuing a bachelor's degree (Quality / Continuous Improvement / QHSE / Management).

 

You are self-motivated, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and versatile; you enjoy working in a team and are proactive. You also have strong interpersonal skills and are proficient in IT and office software.
