Your mission

 

 

 

As part of your work-study program, you will assist the Operations Manager in managing and improving operations.


In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Help prepare and monitor projects.
  • Contribute to the analysis of resource, cost, and skill requirements.
  • Assist in leading coordination and follow-up meetings.
  • Facilitate communication among the various project stakeholders (planners, site managers, tradespeople).
  • Help plan and schedule activities.
  • Track the progress of services and contribute to activity reporting.
  • Participate in on-site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements and the contract.
  • Contribute to feedback and the continuous improvement of processes.
Your assets

You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (in project management or organizational management).

 

You are self-motivated, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and versatile; you enjoy working in a team and are proactive. You also have strong interpersonal skills and are proficient in IT and office software.
