Conduct an analysis of recruitment needs and the desired profile
Write and post job ads on various recruitment channels
Search for potential candidates using established methods
Represent the group at recruitment-related events: forums
, job fairs, etc.
Select candidates who meet the defined criteria
Conduct documentary research on business sectors, job
, and multiple sources of candidates.
Regularly send a selection of applications to recruiters and operational
Follow up with clients when necessary
Respond to applicants.
Perform weekly reporting, update the candidate
atabase in the ATS (software)

Your assets

You are preparing for a bac+5 level diploma in HR (General Management or HR specialty.)

You have good interpersonal skills. You are adaptable and curious.
