Your main responsibilities will be:
o Leading optimization efforts with field teams,
o Overseeing the implementation of projects/changes initiated by the client,
o Leading digital lean management projects within your scope,
o Developing the production system action plan,
o Drafting and updating operating procedures and work instructions,

PERFORMANCE
o Implement monitoring and management tools (dashboards, graphs, KPI
, etc.)
o Analyze KPIs (using 5P, QQOCP, and ISHIKAWA cause analysis tools)
o Monitor the implementation of the action plan and initiate any necessary corrective actions

o Report on the site's production system
o Programming: VBA
o Power BI
o Modeling
o Lean Management (VSM, KAIZEN, etc.)

MONITORING AND EXPERTISE
o Develop and be a driving force for continuous improvement
o Actively monitor best logistics practices
Travel to our various sites is to be expected.

Your assets

You have a master's degree in Logistics.

Knowledge of Lean principles (ideally green belt).
You are known for your interpersonal skills, your independence, and your ability to come up with new ideas.
