Your mission

We are looking for a sales intern to join the sales department at Onet Logistique & Production, with a clear perspective:

Identify high-potential talent who could join our teams after completing their internship.

Reporting to the Senior Business Developer, the intern will be assigned to a regional office, working closely with the field and clients, to learn the business and contribute directly to the development of the region's commercial portfolio.

The intern will benefit from:

-structured support and regular monitoring,
-immersion in the heart of our industrial businesses,
-and real commercial responsibility from the very first weeks.
 

Tasks:

Alongside the sales developer, you will actively participate in the agency's commercial development:

Prospecting & development:

-Identify prospects and help develop a local portfolio.
-Establish contact (phone calls, emails, networking, visits to industrial sites).
-Assess the needs of prospects and identify business opportunities.
 

Construction & monitoring of offers:

-Participate in the development of commercial proposals (on-site logistics, flow management, kitting, storage, production delegation, administrative delegation).
-Contribute to the drafting of sales pitches and the promotion of our expertise.
-Support the preparation of commercial presentations.
 

Monitoring & analysis:

-Follow logistics and industrial market trends in your region.
-Report back on information gathered in the field (competition, projects, local players).

Communication & representation:

-Represent the agency at professional events (trade shows, client visits).
-Contribute to the visibility and regional influence of Onet Logistique & Production.
-Reporting & management

-Report on your activity and prospecting results.
-Suggest improvements and be proactive in the field.

Your assets

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, specializing in commerce, business development, B2B marketing, or business school.

Experience: internship as part of a sales training program, ideally in a logistics or industrial environment.

Technical skills: Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques, Microsoft Office.

Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, good communication skills, tenacity, rigor, teamwork, adaptability, sense of innovation, proactivity.
