Your mission

 

We are looking for a sales intern to join the sales department at Onet Logistique & Production, with a clear goal in mind:

Reporting to the Senior Business Developer, the intern will be assigned to a regional office, working closely with the field and clients, to learn the business and contribute directly to the development of the region's commercial portfolio.

 

The intern will benefit from:

  1. structured support and regular follow-up,
  2. an in-depth look at our industrial operations,
  3. and real business responsibility from the very first weeks.


 

🚀 Tasks:

 

Alongside the sales developer, you will actively participate in the agency's commercial development:

 

Prospecting & development:

  • Identify potential clients and help build a local client base.
  • Establish initial contact (via phone calls, emails, professional networks, and visits to industrial sites).
  • Identify prospects' needs and identify business opportunities.
     

Construction & monitoring of offers:

  • Help develop business proposals (on-site logistics, supply chain management, kitting, warehousing, outsourcing of production, and administrative outsourcing).
  • Help draft sales pitches and promote our expertise.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations.
     

Monitoring & analysis:

  • Keep up with trends in the logistics and industrial market in your region.
  • Gather information from the field (competition, projects, local stakeholders).

Communication & representation:

  • Represent the agency at professional events (trade shows, client visits).
  • Contribute to the visibility and regional influence of Onet Logistique & Production.
  • Reporting & Management

 

  • Report on your activities and your prospecting results.
  • Suggest improvements and take the initiative in the field.

 

 

Your assets

👤 Your profile

 

Education: Master’s degree (5 years of higher education), with a specialization in commerce, business development, B2B marketing, or from a business school.

Experience: Internship as part of a sales training program, ideally in a logistics or industrial setting.

Technical skills: Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques, Microsoft Office.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate.

Qualities: Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, tenacity, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, innovative thinking, and proactivity.

 

 

This position is subject to administrative investigation.
