Your responsibilities:
You will work on a variety of projects with the Environmental Project Management team:
• Provide consulting services and optimize the environmental construction and renovation of buildings (RE 2020, low-carbon,
reuse, dynamic thermal simulation, occupant comfort),
• Conduct studies related to a building’s environmental and energy performance: Heliodon, dynamic thermal and energy simulation (
), natural lighting, life cycle analysis, etc.
• Monitor the construction phase to ensure environmental performance upon delivery,
• Support the client and the project management team in obtaining environmental certifications (HQE, NF Habitat, BREEAM, etc.)
• Participate in the development of our expertise, contribute your ideas, and help enrich our knowledge base.
This internship will give you the opportunity to:
• Discover the role of environmental project management in construction and renovation projects;
• Understand how to design high-performance, low-carbon, and comfortable buildings;
• Participate in environmental simulations and analyses (energy, carbon, natural lighting, comfort, etc.);
• Familiarize yourself with environmental standards and certifications (RE2020, HQE, BREEAM, NF Habitat, etc.);
• Collaborate daily with architects, engineering firms, and project owners on real-world projects;
• Develop your analytical skills, coordination abilities, and teamwork in a stimulating
and supportive environment.

Conditions:
• Salary: €1,200 gross/month
