As part of the reopening of a new-generation sorter (S3N 2.0), the trainee will play an active role in structuring processes, operational deployment and performance improvement.

Missions

Preparing for the reopening of the new-generation S3N

Formalize processes and operating procedures.

Participate in the operational preparation and support of teams during the opening.

Set up monitoring tools and analyze before/after performance (processing times, flows, incidents).

Improving and securing the S3N 2.0 process

Suggest solutions to improve and speed up the loading/sorting process (e.g. pick-to-light, visual aids).

Design poka-yoké solutions for secure baggage drop-off.

Carry out benchmarking, feasibility analyses and improvement recommendations for the entire sorter.

Your assets

Profile required:

5-year degree student (industrial engineering, supply chain, methods, operational excellence...).

Interest in continuous improvement and the field.

Rigor, analytical skills, autonomy, team spirit, good communication skills and an appetite for the operational environment.
