Job Opening: Internship – Operational Performance Manager (M/F)

As an Operational Performance Manager intern, you will join the Operational Performance Department and provide support across the entire region. You will report to the Operational Performance Manager and work closely with site managers and their operational teams.

🚀 Your main responsibilities:

Operational Performance Support:

Assist the Operational Performance Manager with regional performance-related projects.
Help collect and analyze operational data to populate dashboards and regional KPIs.
Support the creation and maintenance of performance monitoring tools (dashboards, charts, reports).

Deployment and monitoring of tools:

Assist with the deployment of the Shizen and Planète tools at sites throughout the region.
Monitor the progress of action plans and report on activities related to these tools.
Support Site Managers (SMs) in their operational reporting tasks.

Continuous improvement and standardization:

Help identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
Assist in drafting or updating standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with the Performance Manager
Operational.
Contribute to specific continuous improvement projects (5S, logistics organization).

Analysis and reporting:

Generate simple, relevant reports for tracking performance metrics.
Monitor corrective actions and track KPIs under supervision.
Help facilitate and prepare for operational follow-up meetings.

Your assets

👤 Ideal candidate :

A student pursuing a master’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, production management, or operations management.
A specialization in operational excellence or project management is a plus.

You have experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
You have a basic understanding of programming, particularly in VBA and Python, with a focus on data analysis and optimization

Proficiency in Excel and, ideally, in continuous improvement tools: 5S, Kaizen, KPI management and analysis, along with problem-solving methodologies such as 5P, QQOQCP, and Ishikawa.

Ability to analyze data and produce clear summaries.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and curiosity about operational processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team across multiple locations.
